Yes, we offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all US orders. The average transit time is 2-5 business days. Free shipping offer applies to US orders only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. You can select your preferred shipping method and review average transit times at checkout. Delivery details and shipment tracking information will be sent via email once your order is processed.
Do you ship overseas and internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries and all US territories worldwide.
We offer options for international shipping using USPS and DHL services. Shipping to U.S. Territories is offered via USPS services. Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

All Strumland products are proudly trusted and backed by our Lifetime Sustain Guarantee™.
We will repair or replace any product that has been affected by a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product. To help minimize our footprint, we design our products for ease of assembly and repair. Our limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser. While we will always do our best to support our customers, please note our warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, lost parts, or normal cosmetic wear-and-tear.

Returns & Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
Returns in the USA:
All products purchased from Strumland.com can be returned for a full refund up to 90 days from the date of original purchase. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
International returns:
All products purchased from Strumland.com can be returned for a full refund up to 90 days from the date of original purchase. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Strumland unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return.
Please note, items listed as Limited Edition are not eligible for returns.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the item back from you, we will process a full refund within 1 business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund amount to be completely processed back to your original payment method.
