Shipping policy

Strumland takes pride in our customer service and timely fulfillment of orders. We are constantly evaluating available shipping methods to prioritize excellent deliverability rates, reasonable delivery timelines, and affordable shipping services.

USA - DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We utilize select shipping services including UPS and USPS. We ship orders Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays. General order cut off time for same day shipping is 12pm EST.

Note: Shipping and delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, such as weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email. 

INTERNATIONAL (+ US TERRITORIES) SHIPPING

We offer options for international shipping using USPS, UPS and DHL services. Shipping to U.S. Territories is offered via USPS services.

  • Shipping options and costs available at checkout and are based on your shipping address and country. 

International Shipping Terms:
By checking out with any international shipping option on Strumland.com, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Buyer understands that by purchasing international shipping, they are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  2. Import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Strumland is, in no way, responsible for these costs.
  3. Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.
  4. If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Strumland shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Strumland. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.
  5. On rare occasion the post office in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.
  6. The Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order with any International Shipping Option on Strumland.com
