How we build it
The 10-gauge solid steel body of our guitar hanger is laser cut, stamped, and powder coated in the southeastern USA by a 65-year-old family owned, and operated manufacturer. The custom silicone components are made with a highly specialized, B-Corp Certified supplier in Taiwan. The full product is assembled, inspected, and packaged at our headquarters in Asheville, North Carolina.

Is it compatible with my guitar?
We designed our guitar hanger to safely hold acoustic, electric, and classical guitars with a nut width of 2" (5.1cm) or less.
For guitars with asymmetrical headstocks, the mounting channels on the steel body allow it to swivel. This ensures your guitar hangs securely and looks great on the wall.

Note: Classical style and nylon string guitars are known to have extra wide necks. We recommend you double check your guitar's nut width specs or take a quick measurement to confirm it will be compatible.
Is it safe to use with my guitar's finish?
The soft-touch area of the guitar hanger is made from a premium grade of pure silicone with no additives. It is safe to use with common, properly cared for guitar finishes.
We take the responsibility of protecting and showcasing your guitar seriously. Since there are some factors outside of our control like the age of your instrument, previous cleaning routines, and environmental conditions, we recommend you periodically inspect your guitar's finish after use to make sure it still looks great. If you ever notice any changes in your finish, please discontinue use immediately and please let us know. For long term storage or extended periods of unuse, we recommend that you keep your instrument in its original case in a safe environment. Strumland assumes no responsibility for the use of our products beyond the product's specific intended design or when improperly installed.

What walls can I mount to safely?
Our guitar hanger can be safely mounted to vertical studs/beams and to drywall alone. You'll receive everything needed for installation except basic tools.

What is the weight capacity?
When properly installed, our guitar hanger will safely support the weight of any guitar 25 lbs (11.3 kg) or less.
During our testing and development process, we safely supported significantly more weight than our recommended weight rating. We like to be overly confident when making recommendations to customers.
Will it work with my bass guitar?
Our Studio Collection guitar hanger works great for most 5- string and 6-string bass guitars with a nut width of 2" (5.1cm) or less. To ensure the safety of your bass guitar, we don't recommend using our hanger with most 4-string and Jazz style bass guitars due to their much more narrow neck width.
For compatible bass guitars with asymmetrical headstocks, the body swivels to ensure your bass guitar hangs securely and looks great on the wall.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from Strumland.com can be returned for a full refund up to 90 days from the date of original purchase. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Limited Edition products are not eligible for returns.
